I love the way Landon crawls on hands and feet when he doesn't have pants on. I guess he doesn't like the cold tile! :o)

Good Deals at Target

Ok, for those of you who have kids, NOW is the time to stock up on baby wipes!!! I got each tub of wipes for only 4 cents each! I'm definately going back to buy more. If you go to http://www.huggieshappybaby.com/offers/target/BannerCoupon.aspx you can print off a Target store coupon for $3 off any 2 Huggies products. Then I used manufacturer's coupons that came in the paper a few weeks ago for .75 off wipes. So this is what the transaction would look like:

4 wipes (@2.29 ea) - $9.16

-2 Target coupons - $6.00

-4 mfg coupons - $3.00

Total: 0.16

If you don't have the coupons that came in the paper, check the tubs of wipes - some of them have peel off coupons on them. If none there, you can always get the 40 count wipes that are $1.47 each and get free wipes! Hope this helps someone! Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

We celebrated Cailyn's birthday (again!) at Grandma's house and she got even more presents and a Cinderella cake. What a spoiled little girl!

Today was Cailyn's Thanksgiving Feast at school.

Cailyn Turns Four

I can't believe Cailyn is 4 years old already! She loved every minute of her birthday (and milked it for all it was worth, too!). She got to take cupcakes to school in the morning and we went with Mom & Emilee to Chuck E Cheese in the afternoon. She had so much fun yesterday and has been playing with all of her toys non-stop today. I wanted to try on her new dress she got and then she wouldn't take it off all day!

Coupon Savy

I'm so excited I just had to share this! I've been doing a bit of couponing lately and I got all of this stuff from Target for -- get this -- NEGATIVE $4.22! That's right -- after sales/coupons I had $4.22 left over to apply toward my regular purchases! Not too shabby! (And I'm also gonna go back and get a few more bags of pretzels for free.) Now if anyone has any good recipes for pretzels or M&M's, I'm all ears! ;^)

Losing my kids, Losing my mind

Well, yesterday I lost both my kids in the house at different times. First was Landon. He was with Cailyn in the family room while I was doing computer work. I called into Cailyn after a bit to see how Landon was doing but she said he wasn't in there. So I ran all over the house looking for him and finally found him in Cailyn's bathroom, playing in the dark!


Later while I was feeding Landon Cailyn was playing with her toys in the living room. He fell asleep and when I went to lay him in his bed I realized that it was awful quiet. So I went looking for Cailyn in the bathrooms, bedrooms, everywhere. Finally I heard some snoring and followed the sound to the tiny corner where her playhouse was, fast asleep. Silly girl!

Halloween Dinner

We had our Halloween dinner tonight and Cailyn had so much fun making halloween shaped tortilla chips and mummy dogs. Mmmmm!

Landon the Cannibal

Landon loves to play with his reflection in the dishwasher. Today I caught him trying very hard to eat himself!

Busy Body

Ever since Landon became mobile he has become such a busy body! He is such a curious and busy little kid, checking out everything and getting into everything. He sure keeps me on my toes!!!

Field Trip

Today Cailyn got to go on her very first field trip at preschool. We went to the Children's Museum Imagination Workshop. There were lots of fun gadgets to play with and experiments to try. We had a lot of fun!

Mmmm, Sweet Potatoes

You know, most kids ask to lick the bowl after you've mixed brownies. Not Cailyn. She asks to lick the bowl of Landon's Sweet Potatoes!!! :o)

Landzilla!

Beware to all the toys of the land, all the books of the ground and inhabitants of the carpet! There is a new threat to the land the great and powerful Landzilla! No low laying tupperware is safe now that this monster is loose!...If you listen close you can hear his mighty roar.

Exactly 3 weeks ago we were concerned because Landon had just learned to get on his hands and knees. That concern has become a reality. He has now progressed to mobility...he does it with ease and is across rooms in the blink of an eye. We are soooo doomed!

Pumpkin Patch

Last night we went to our local pumpkin patch and had so much fun! This is the third year in a row we've gone and Cailyn eagerly looks forward to it every year. Enjoy!

Playin' at the Park

Little Stink Bug

While Landon hasn't fully mastered crawling (he sort of inch-worms his way around) he loves getting up on his toes. He looks like a little stink but! I wasn't able to get a great shot cuz as soon as he saw the flash, all he wanted was the camera! And when I wouldn't let him have it, he threw a tantrum!
