Yes, it is our place. ;) My neighbors have never complained. Most actually like them alot and say they do. The ones that have not said anything I have looked out the window once or twice and seen their car parked there watching. The music that goes with the lights can only be heard if you are in your car and tuned to my frequency that I broadcast in December.
