Little Picasso

Cailyn is going to an art club at school. It's perfect for her because she really is quite artistic! Today they learned to draw a bird, fish, & jellyfish. Not bad for a 4 year old! (Sorry, they didn't scan very well. They look better IRL.)

Sneak Peek

We're all gonna be pirates this year for Halloween. We tried on the kids' costumes and Landon would have worn his all day if we had let him. And he was surprisingly quite good with a sword! :)

Tractors

Dad took the kids home the other day and entertained them by giving them tractor rides. Landon wasn't quite too sure of it!

Johnny Appleseed

Today was Jonny Appleseed day at school and I got to go and help out in the class. We had so much fun, but can you believe I forgot my camera?! I was so mad at myself. Oh well, one of the other moms brought hers and took some pics of Cailyn & me so hopefully I can get them from her!

My kids are weird.

Lately when Landon has to "do his business" he doesn't want anyone to talk to him so he shuts himself in a dark place - like the closet or the bathroom. Funny thing is Cailyn was the same way when she was little. My kids are weird!

Duck Pond

I decided to take the kids to the duck pond yesterday. I picked up Cailyn from school and we had a picnic there. Landon was very excited to see all the ducks. He did a pretty good job at tossing them the bread, but what he really wanted was to catch one. And he got pretty upset when they ran away! If you notice in one of the pics there is a huge puddle of muddy/poopy water right in front of him. Yeah, he walked right into it and it went up to his knee. And somehow I didn't even have any wet wipes with me. Ugh! So that was the end of our outing.

MIA

Sorry we've been MIA recently. We've all been sick around here which is no fun! Hopefully we'll have some good stuff to post soon!
